At OlyLife International, your satisfaction matters to us. However, due to the nature of our wellness technology devices and perishable health products, all sales are final<\/strong> once shipped and received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened, used, or unsealed<\/strong>, as these products cannot be safely re-certified. The only exception is if your device does not work properly out of the box<\/strong> upon first use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eligible Returns<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A return or replacement may be authorized only under the following conditions:
The item arrives defective or non-functional<\/strong> upon delivery.
You contact us within 7 days<\/strong> of receiving your order, providing clear proof (photo or video) of the issue.
The item is unused<\/strong>, in its original packaging<\/strong>, and includes a valid receipt or order number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once verified, we will either replace the item<\/strong> or issue a refund<\/strong> to your original payment method at our discretion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Non-Returnable Items<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable<\/strong>:
