Empower Empire LLC is a Hawaii-based wellness and lifestyle company. We provide educational resources, health and wellness products, water ionization systems, bioenergetic therapy devices, nutritional supplements, and related services.

2. Health Disclaimer

Products sold or discussed on this Site — including but not limited to OlyLife THz Tera-P90 devices, and nutritional supplements — are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Statements on this Site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

3. Eligibility

To use our Site or make a purchase, you must:

4. Orders, Pricing & Availability

We strive to ensure accurate pricing and availability. However, prices, specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice.
Empower Empire reserves the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel orders for any reason;
  • Limit quantities; or
  • Correct errors or omissions in product listings.

If your order is canceled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days for most U.S. orders, excluding holidays.
Large devices ship insured and may require a signature upon delivery.
Shipping times are estimates only; Empower Empire is not responsible for carrier delays.

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident in your purchase.

  • Devices (OlyLife, etc.): Returns accepted within 30 days if unopened; 15% restocking fee may apply for opened but resellable units.
  • Supplements and consumables: Must be unopened and returned within 30 days.
  • Defective or damaged items: Notify us within 7 days of receipt for replacement or refund.
    Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective.

7. Consultations, Demos & Events

Empower Empire offers educational consultations, live demos, and wellness events both online and in person at:

Consultations are informational only and not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.

8. Affiliate, Partner & Referral Programs

Empower Empire may operate affiliate or referral programs offering commissions for qualified sales.
Affiliates must comply with:

  • All Empower Empire marketing guidelines,
  • FTC disclosure rules, and
  • Manufacturer-specific agreements (e.g., Enagic International).

Unauthorized claims or misleading promotions may result in termination and forfeiture of commissions.

9. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, service marks, and content (text, images, graphics, layouts, and code) are the property of Empower Empire LLC unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any Site content without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability
