Overview

At OlyLife International, your satisfaction matters to us. However, due to the nature of our wellness technology devices and perishable health products, all sales are final once shipped and received.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened, used, or unsealed, as these products cannot be safely re-certified. The only exception is if your device does not work properly out of the box upon first use.

Eligible Returns

A return or replacement may be authorized only under the following conditions:
The item arrives defective or non-functional upon delivery.
You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, providing clear proof (photo or video) of the issue.
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes a valid receipt or order number.

Once verified, we will either replace the item or issue a refund to your original payment method at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
Used PEMF, Terahertz, or Geomagnetic devices
Opened or used health and wellness products
Perishable consumables or supplements
Downloadable or digital goods
Gift cards

Please do not send items back without written authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or during promotional events are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, you will receive an email confirmation. Refunds are usually processed within 7 to 10 business days of approval, depending on your financial institution.

Damaged Shipments

If your item arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of both the product and the packaging so we can assist quickly.
